Oceans and Human Health
The ocean plays an important role to the health and wellbeing of Indigenous communities, especially those across the Pacific. An interdisciplinary team of researchers at the University of Hawaiʻi Mānoa are working together with the community to develop a systems map to understand what helps and hurts the relationship between island inhabitants and the ocean in Hawaiʻi.
